Trade & Commercial Terms

We work with landscape architects, hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups, developers and interior designers across the UK and Ireland. Trade orders sit outside the retail Amazon flow — quoted, invoiced and delivered directly.

Who qualifies

• Registered landscape architects, garden designers and interior designers.
• Hospitality operators (hotels, restaurants, members’ clubs, wellness).
• Property developers, main contractors and specification consultants.
• Volume retailers and re-sellers.

Quotes

Send us a specification — sizes, quantities, finishes, project location and installation date — via the trade form or trade@potsandplantersuk.com. We’ll come back with a written quote within 2 working days, including trade discount, delivery and VAT.

Lead times

Every trade order is made to specification by our specialist manufacturer.

• Container orders (typical trade volume): 60–90 days from PO confirmation to UK delivery.
• Bespoke sizes, colours or finishes: add 2–3 weeks to the above.
• Small top-ups from UK stock: 5–10 working days where available.

Payment terms

50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% on notification of dispatch from the factory. Approved trade accounts may request 30-day terms after the third successful order.

Samples

We can send finish swatches and, for larger specifications, a single sample planter against a refundable deposit. Ask us at quote stage.
