Every Pots & Planters UK order ships from Amazon’s UK fulfilment network — the same network you already trust for millions of everyday deliveries.

Where we deliver

UK mainland, including England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Selected planters ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands — availability is shown at checkout on Amazon.

Speed & cost

• Standard delivery — free on eligible orders, typically 2–4 working days.
• Prime members — free next-day delivery on Prime-eligible items.
• Larger planters (Ø 60 cm+) — dispatched via a two-person courier, 3–7 working days; the courier will contact you to book a slot.

Tracking

Amazon emails you a tracking link as soon as your order dispatches. You can also check progress under Your Orders.

Packaging

Planters are packed in recyclable double-wall corrugate with moulded pulp corner protection. We’re working with Amazon to eliminate the small amount of plastic strapping still used on our largest sizes.

For container-scale orders (10+ large planters, hospitality or landscape architecture projects), see our Trade Terms — lead times are 60–90 days from confirmation as pieces are made to order.
