Returns & Refunds

Every Pots & Planters UK order is fulfilled by Amazon UK, and returns are handled directly through Amazon’s returns process. This means you get the same fast, hassle-free experience you expect from Amazon.

The 30-day window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible.

How to return an item

  • Sign in to Your Orders on Amazon.co.uk.
  • Find the Pots & Planters UK order and select “Return or replace items”.
  • Choose your reason and follow the on-screen instructions to print a returns label.
  • Drop the parcel at your nearest Amazon return point or arrange a collection.

Refunds

Amazon issues refunds to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item. Because Amazon handles the transaction, we do not process refunds ourselves.

Damaged or faulty items

Fibreglass is durable but not indestructible. If your planter arrives damaged, take a photograph and start the return on Amazon within 48 hours — Amazon will replace it or refund you in full and arrange collection.
