Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms govern your use of potsandplantersuk.com. Please read them carefully. By using this site you agree to these terms.
1. Our role — the showroom model
Potsandplantersuk.com is a showroom website. We display our range of designer fibreglass planters, outdoor furniture and garden sculpture, and let you build a basket. When you check out you are handed off to Amazon.co.uk, where the purchase is transacted, paid and fulfilled.
All purchases are governed by Amazon’s Conditions of Use and Sale. The contract of sale is between you and the seller listed on Amazon (Pots & Planters UK). Payment, invoicing, dispatch, delivery, returns and refunds are all handled through Amazon under Amazon’s terms.
2. Product information
We describe every product as accurately as possible. Fibreglass is a handmade material — expect very minor variation in colour, texture and finish batch-to-batch. Photography is indicative; final Amazon listings carry the definitive specification.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative retail prices in GBP including VAT. The price you pay is the price shown on the Amazon.co.uk listing at the moment you check out. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
4. Planter Studio & user content
Photos you upload to the Planter Studio remain your property. By using the Studio you grant us a limited licence to process the image to render your design. We do not use your photos for marketing without your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual property
All site content — photography, copy, product designs, the Pots & Planters UK name and marks — is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, we are not liable for the actions of Amazon or of third-party couriers used by Amazon.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
